The City as a Text: Saint Petersburg — 2019

“The City as a Text” is a special core course wrapping up the first module in the School of Advanced Studies, University of Tyumen (Siberia). The aim of the course is to learn how to apply skills acquired during the course “Writing, Thinking, Analysis, Interpretation” to a multidisciplinary object — a Russian city with its unique culture, history, economy, and social structure, to complement the educational experience of students with field research and teamwork practices.
