Agile Management

What if the way we organize work hasn’t kept up with the pace of change? Every day, new technologies emerge, markets shift, and teams face growing uncertainty — yet the need for collaboration, creativity, and speed only increases. Agile is the global response to this challenge: a mindset and a way of working that helps people adapt quickly, work effectively together, and turn ideas into real results.

The course Agile Management is designed for those who want to learn how modern teams work in a world of constant change. You’ll discover how Agile evolved, what values and principles lie behind it, and how they transform the way products are built and decisions are made. Over eight weeks, the course moves from core theory to hands-on experience. You’ll explore Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches; learn to create Lean Canvases, write user stories, and define minimum viable products (MVPs). Through interactive workshops — from the Paper Airplanes Game to the Kanban Pizza Game — you’ll experience what teamwork, iteration, and continuous improvement really mean. You’ll also learn how to communicate with clients, build trust inside teams, and scale Agile practices to larger organizations. The final project will challenge you to apply everything you’ve learned to a real case — designing and presenting your own Agile solution.

This course is a foundation for anyone who plans to work in modern organizations — in technology, creative industries, or research environments. It develops the mindset and skills needed for collaboration, experimentation, and leadership in teams where knowledge, ideas, and innovation drive progress."
