This course is a mandatory introductory program for all first-year SAS students. The WTAI course is specifically designed to assist students in acquiring and refining essential writing and thinking skills applicable to both university studies and everyday life. It aims to introduce students to various academic disciplines.

Throughout the duration of the course, students delve into the principles of academic writing style, learn effective use of sources, understand referencing in academic writing, explore reading strategies, comprehend the structure of academic arguments and logical reasoning, and engage with writing models crafted to enhance creativity and improve written argumentative skills. Moreover, the WTAI course is dedicated to supporting students' adaptation within a new educational environment.
