Lyudmila Malygina
Lyudmila graduated from the University of Tyumen majoring in Public Administration in 2008. After working as a lawyer in a private organization and municipal service, she returned to her alma mater.
Lyudmila has been working at SAS since its establishment, starting as a Legal Support Specialist. During her time at SAS, Lyudmila has not only been able to streamline and organize the SAS legal framework but has also changed established procedures and regulations across the whole University. In 2022, Lyudmila received her Master’s degree from RANEPA (Ural Institute of Management) majoring in Legal Studies. Her thesis is called “Legal Regulation Aspects of International Faculty Involvement in Russian Higher Education Institutions”. Moreover, Lyudmila has completed her studies at the SKOLKOVO School of Management program “Rectors’ School — 20: Managing University’s Transformation”.
