Albert Brand

Albert is involved in project management and the development of technological initiatives at the university. At UTMN, he is a head of the Project Management Center; he oversees the engineering track and is responsible for the UrbanTech project, which combines educational formats, project work and applied tasks of technological development of the urban environment. Previously, he worked at UTMN as an expert in the Transformation Office and supervised youth technological entrepreneurship. The experience of project management is complemented by the work of a project manager in the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Agency of Innovations" of the Tyumen region. At Tyumen Industrial University, he led general engineering educational projects and a student innovation platform, developing an environment for launching and supporting initiatives.

In teaching, Albert builds an interdisciplinary trajectory where project logic is combined with digital practices and analytical tools. He teaches courses "Project Management," "Digital Culture," "Industrial Design," "Data Analysis," as well as electives "Existential Narratives in cinema: Deconstruction and creative practices with artificial intelligence" and "Metamorphoses of innovation as a synthesis of biological evolution, industrial Revolution and social transformation".

He is an expert of the Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation on the programs "UMNIK" and "Student Startup," and is also involved as an expert of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Agency of Innovations" of the Tyumen region and the Laboratory of Thinking, Communication and Meanings. His professional interests include technological entrepreneurship, innovation, modeling, educational models, and statistics.
