Ekaterina received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of London (United Kingdom) and a specialist degree in International economic relations from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
A former participant of DAMIN research program (La Dépréciation de l'Argent Monétaire et les relations Internationales). Visiting researcher in June 2015 in the University of Tokyo, Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia, (prof. Kuroda Akinobu) project on money complementarity, two binary money characteristics. Visiting researcher in 2017 École Normale Supérieure, Archéologie et Philologie d’Orient et d’Occident (Labex Transfers grant on Money theory and Monetary Policy.
Ekaterina’s main research interests are monetary economics, monetary history, financial market development.
